OUR STRENGTH

In an era where the legal service market is leaning towards a mass production of lawsuits in an assembly line-fashion, at the BOTTEGA we still believe our work must be quality-driven rather than quantity-oriented.

That's why we came up with our way of practicing law by establishing an unique arbitration boutique. Just like in a Renaissance bottega (i.e. workshop), we craft and draft our legal arguments which aspire to resemble authentic works of art. Our written submissions and oral pleadings are nothing but the product of extreme care and dedication and in-depth research. Inspired by the passion and enthusiasm for the legal profession, we devote our efforts to provide the best possible legal service tailor-made on each Client’s needs.

Our competitive edge is having a global reach without the need of being globally present with expensive offices spread all over the world. Our flexibility allows us to reach our clients wherever they need us. Our commitment to our clients translates into an on-going learning process to stay always up-to-date with the latest developments in the arbitration arena. We personally and integrally take care of each aspect of the arbitral proceedings – without subcontracting or splitting your case up by assigning different parts of it to a variety of persons – so that we constantly keep the pulse on the dispute and the comprehensive vision thereof. And when your case requires technical knowledge related to its own circumstances (like experts’ opinions on engineering, accounting, damages valuation, and the like), we will outsource that particular expert report just like any other law firm, big or small, would do. That is to say that we maintain our competitiveness untouched also in this respect.

All this with one goal at heart and in mind: EMPOWERING YOUR INTERNATIONAL RIGHTS.
